Building 50: 110,142 sq. ft. metal building includes a 11,400 SQ. FT. truck loading area
Building 50 includes a substantial truck loading area located at the north side of the building with four (4) loading docks. The ground floor provides an open area for warehousing or manufacturing. A stairway leads to an additional storage area overlooking the first floor along the south side of the building. The building includes five (5) 14’ wide and one (1) 16’ wide roll-up doors, as well as two (2) 56’, one (1) 40’, one (1) 30’, and one (1) 20’ wide slide doors. The covered concrete loading/unloading area ensures convenience and speediness for shipping/receiving service.
Building 60 offers many possibilities with 33,195 sq. ft.
Building 60, the only WW II hangar on the Airport, is conveniently located adjacent to the apron with easy access to our state-of-the-art fuel farm and taxiways. The facility is a 33,195.sq. ft. metal building, featuring slide doors 29’ in height with 121’8” horizontal clearance, two mezzanines 21’8”W x 200’ L with a height of 10’3” overlooking the main hangar area.
