iRacing Series Kicks Off at Sebring International Raceway

Sebring International Raceway continues to be a proving ground for rising motorsport talent—both virtual and real—as the 2025 Skip Barber Formula iRacing Series kicked off its season on our legendary track.

This unique esports-to-real-racing pipeline gives top iRacers the chance to compete in the virtual world for scholarships to Skip Barber’s real-world racing programs. The opening round at Sebring challenged drivers with the track’s demanding layout, testing both skill and strategy in high-stakes competition.

With 20 racers selected from time trials, the field tackled a 15-minute sprint followed by a 30-minute feature race—mirroring real-life racing conditions. The top performers will move closer to earning their place behind the wheel of an actual Skip Barber Formula car.
