Sebring Regional Airport officially marked the completion of the Webster Turn Drive Reconstruction Project with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on April 16, 2026.

Attendees included Airport Authority Board Chairman Stanley Wells; Board Members Peter McDevitt, Mark Andrews, and Craig Johnson; and Deputy Director Andrew Bennett.

The project involved the reconstruction and resurfacing of 0.77 miles of Webster Turn Drive, the primary industrial access road serving the Sebring Regional Airport Industrial Park. Improvements included upgraded drainage systems, new asphalt paving, improved driveway access, updated signage, and enhanced pavement markings—all designed to improve safety, efficiency, and long-term durability.

“This initiative represents a critical investment in our infrastructure, one that is purposefully focused on strengthening operational efficiency while enhancing long-term resiliency and supporting sustainable growth,” said Deputy Director Andrew Bennett.

Dickerson Infrastructure, Inc., doing business as Dickerson Florida, served as the contractor, with final construction costs totaling just over $2.5 million. Funding for the project was provided through the Florida Jobs Growth Grant Fund, the Rural Infrastructure Fund, and the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT).

This project represents a significant step forward in supporting the continued development of the Sebring Regional Airport Industrial Park, improving access for existing tenants while positioning the airport for future economic growth.
